The Ultimate Experience

General Booking Policy 

1. In consideration of our team's time and effort, we kindly ask for a minimum of 5 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.

2. A late cancellation fee of $100 will be applied on your next visit or before you can make another booking.

3. Additionally, no-show appointments will incur a fee of $200, which can be settled on your next visit or before scheduling a new appointment. 

4. If you anticipate running late, please notify us in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Appointments will be forfeited if you fail to notify us within 5 minutes of your scheduled time.

6. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the duration of your appointment accordingly.

7. Disrespectful behaviour, intoxication harassment, or boundary-violating requests will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. 

8. No illegal substance use inside the premises.
